MURRIETA POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION PURPOSE
The Murrieta Police Officers’ Association serves as the legally recognized labor representative for all Murrieta Police Officers. In this role the MPOA represents the interest of its members during contract negotiations and all labor related issues between the MPOA membership and the City of Murrieta.
The MPOA provides legal assistance to its members should a member be involved in a departmental investigation, and or criminal and civil litigation.
The MPOA maintains a good reputation within the community and supports local and regional charitable events. The MPOA Board of Directors encourages member participation in charitable and worthy causes believing that such outreach bridges the gap between officers and the public at large.
In the spirit of organization and unity, the MPOA coordinates and hosts social events throughout the year to support camaraderie and good fellowship amongst the membership and other department employees.
